The Youth Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Youth Council of the Republika Srpska and the Youth Council of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina have launched the Youth Incubator – a capacity building program for youth organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Youth Incubator – a capacity building program for youth organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina is designed as a modular training program, accompanied by mentoring support to participating organizations. The goal of the program is to strengthen the capacity of local youth organizations or organizations working with young people, in specific fields, which are:
- Youth organization and work with young people;
- Organizational management and financial-administrative procedures;
- Project cycle management;
- Advocacy and lobbying.
We are now looking for mentors who will, in the next four months, be part of the mentoring team and will provide mentoring support in these areas for 13 civil society organizations, and thus contribute to improving the situation in the youth sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We are looking for experienced and profiled youth workers, but not only them. We believe that quality mentors for the fields we have mentioned can be found among employees of public institutions and in the private sector.
We do not expect you to have top-notch knowledge in each of the areas – and that is why we are creating a mentoring team, which will share knowledge with each other at the service of participating organizations.
