The theme of December 03, 2021 is: “Leadership and participation of people with disabilities towards an inclusive, accessible and sustainable world after COVID-19.”

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, more than 80% of people with disabilities live in poverty or are very close to the poverty line, and are not included on an equal footing in all walks of life. Persons with disabilities, despite the legal regulations that guarantee the realization of all human rights, have difficult access to education, employment, social and health care services and other rights that belong to them as citizens of our country.
