KVENTUM organized internal training for employees of the Network for Building Peace

In the period November 11 – 12, 2021, in Vitez – Ethno village “Čardaci”, Business-educational center KVENTUM successfully realized a two-day internal training for employees of the Association ” Network for Building Peace” titled “Development of teamwork and ‘soft skills’ skills in a modern work environment.”

During the training, the following areas were covered:

– How to build a quality learning team?

– Improving work performance and problem solving

– Effective conflict management and strengthening professional relationships

– Principles of increasing personal motivation and productivity

The entire training program was based on the principles of practical models for finding solutions, where multimodal methods were used through a partnership, goal-oriented process to help employees develop their business capacity, remove psychological barriers to achieving business goals and improve desired skills.

The training was realized through dual structuring of processes in order to simultaneously work on changing cognitive (thought) processes and behavioral (behavioral) aspects of personality in order to more effectively improve the desired skill.

During the training, tools were used to raise awareness of very important hidden patterns and phenomena of teamwork, such as quality of awareness, integrity, vision, service, openness, character, cognitive schemes, systems thinking, dialogue, ethics and others on which successful organizations are based.

The main characteristics of the internal training were the joint interactive work between the participants and the trainer according to the work program, the exchange of experiences from the everyday work environment, the positive friendly atmosphere and socializing during the training.
