The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is implementing the project “Innovating democratic participation at local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025.
In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) for provision of local consultancy services to support the implementation of deliberative process as well as to support the development of capacity development activities on citizen-oriented, responsive and accountable approaches in policy making.
The expected start date is 15 March 2022. The deadline for tendering is 28 February 2022.

This call for tenders is launched in the framework of the project “Innovating democratic participation at local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina” implemented by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025. The project aims to create opportunities for citizens to engage in deliberative processes and encourage citizens’ participation in local decision making, with the ultimate goal of innovating democratic participation that will contribute to revitalising citizens’ confidence and trust in public authorities.
